We had our courses stolen.
Now we hunt the pirates for you.
We’re not a faceless DMCA corporation. We are content creators who had our courses leaked by cyber criminals, we wasted thousands of dollars on “DMCA services” and attorneys that did nothing but take our money, so we built the service that we wish existed, one that actually gets the content deleted.

Our Area of Expertise
Stopping the piracy of cybersecurity courses and other educational content on specialized offshore & “bulletproof” hosting, and other non-compliant networks like Telegram, Discord, torrents and other unique underground communities.

DMCA & anti-piracy track record
Working across course platforms, file hosts, search engines, and high-risk communities to remove infringing content and reduce visibility.
Monitoring & enforcement footprint
We don’t just send emails and hope for the best. We actively watch the ecosystems where your content is traded, shared, and resold, including places that market themselves as “DMCA resistant”.
Underground communities monitored
Some of the biggest cybercrime forums, Telegram channels, and “DMCA resistant” leak hubs where technical courses and tools are traded.
DMCA actions executed
Individual takedowns, delistings, and host-level actions across course platforms, file hosts, search engines, and link networks.
High-risk forum takedowns
We’ve participated in taking entire cybercrime forums offline when they became central hubs for large-scale piracy of security and technical training.

What our Client Say
I run two red teaming courses and the piracy was out of control. ContentRights reached out to me directly and offered a free month, no pitch, no pressure. All I had to do was sign an authorization form. They took down over 500 infringing URLs. Those links were actively disrupting my revenue, and because of ContentRights that impact was limited. Didn’t cost me a cent for that first month.

My course was being distributed everywhere, forums, Telegram, sites in Iran and China. The ContentRights owner reached out to me first, and honestly, when they started digging it was way worse than I expected. Over the past year they’ve taken down more than 5,000 individual infringing URLs, including Telegram channels and sites in countries I genuinely didn’t think takedowns were possible in. The results speak for themselves.

“We tried 15 different DMCA companies, all of them were worthless except for ContentRights. Their takedowns have been successful on every platform we reported except for one, including Russian, Chinese, Telegram, torrents and TOR, platforms other companies told us were impossible. ContentRights actually stops piracy instead of just collecting a monthly fee.

I had Telegram channels redistributing my pentesting course and I’d basically given up, everyone told me Telegram was untouchable. ContentRights reached out offering free monitoring: a monthly report of every infringing URL they could find, no commitment. I signed up just to see what would come back. The report was alarming, honestly. Dozens of active Telegram channels. I signed a contract after the first month. They took down hundreds of Telegram links over the following months, channels I was sure would never come down. I was wrong.

“Working with ContentRights we were able to establish processes in our company to more efficiently respond to DMCA and takedown requests. Their experience protecting content creators and their familiarity with the take down process helped us create internal processes that prioritize creator rights. Nobody knows global content protection laws better than the team at ContentRights.

Started on the $100/month plan because our content was getting hammered, torrents, mirror sites, the works. I honestly expected them to just keep me on it forever and pocket the money. Three months in, they emailed me to say the bulk of the infringing content was gone and suggested I move down to the $50/month plan since the ongoing volume didn’t justify the higher tier anymore. I wasn’t expecting that. It felt like talking to someone who actually cared whether the service made sense for you, not just whether the invoice went through.

DMCA & Anti-Piracy Services
How is your DMCA service different from automated takedown tools?
Most services auto-generate DMCA notices from noisy monitoring feeds, which leads to false positives and even DMCAing your own website. We use automation only to discover potential infringements. Every single DMCA notice is then manually reviewed, verified, and written or approved by a human analyst before it is sent.
What platforms and channels do you monitor?
We cover mainstream platforms (YouTube, course platforms, social networks), major search engines (Google, Bing, Etc), file hosts, torrents, and high-risk private communities where piracy spreads, including Telegram channels, Discord servers, and selected underground forums, where legally and technically feasible.
Can you help specifically with piracy of cybersecurity or technical courses?
Yes. We specialise in protecting digital courses, with particular depth in cybersecurity and infosec training. We recognise how labs, modules, and bundled course archives are repackaged and resold, so our monitoring queries, escalation paths, and takedown wording are tuned specifically for technical education content.
Do DMCA takedowns work with offshore or “bulletproof” hosts?
Effectiveness depends on the host and jurisdiction, but we routinely handle offshore and historically non-compliant providers. Where a direct DMCA is ineffective, we escalate via upstream providers, search-engine delisting, payment processors, and reputation pressure to reduce visibility and monetisation of infringing content.
Will you need access to my course platform or internal systems?
To start, we typically only need URLs, sample content, and basic context about how and where your courses are sold. For deeper automation, you can optionally provide , export lists, or watermark data. We never ask for primary account passwords, and any access is scoped, logged, and revocable at any time.
How do pricing and add-on services like Telegram, C&D, and investigations work?
Our core pricing is monthly monitoring and DMCA enforcement based on volume and complexity. Telegram DMCA work is an add-on due to the manual effort required. Cease & Desist letters, copyright registration assistance, and de-anonymisation or investigation work are scoped and quoted per case so you only pay for outcomes that matter.
